Time to count blessings

I have just completed training 0ne new group of teachers for the USA Yoga Alliance 200 Hours Program and am starting a second group (which I am excited about). But I would like to take the time to reflect on the people who made Sun Yoga happen for me in the US. I miss you guys so much (though I know I'm pain in the ass).

I just want to say thank you for believing in me. In love and light, jk

That's Preet, who sailed through Anatomy on an average of 78% and made it through Physiology. Good luck for your 4th of March assignment! For the rest of you still waiting to go into the lion's den, work hard!!

Sun Yoga kids TTC :)

Satnam,
Yes, a new comer myself, i certainly enjoyed very much my sun yoga ttc -2 days course. I have never felt so welcome and warm, with the presents of fellow trainee teachers and not to forget, Jacqueline Koay.. Such an honored to see her there and least expected that she will be our instructor. She gave us great inspiration as a teacher and follower. Her endless tips and advice will be greatly remembered and followed and yes! the funky move and expression we all have to let go in us...( as we were quite uptight at first on the first day) :)

Here are some of the pictures taken..and enjoy!

Namaste,
Ivy
